ONLY THE STRONG WILL SURVIVE
but what happens when the strong become weak.

Each person process situations uniquely. It’s important to give yourselves permission to express and release emotions and concerns in a way that is best for you. Most of the time that’s difficult because many depend on your strength and you are worried about your loved ones and other situation within the family and the community. Meanwhile, taking care of yourself allows you to effectively care for others more compassionate with bipartisan. Mercy and Grace applied will reassure the love with joy to bring hope into another person's heart.
Caring for others are important gene God himself placed within each and every one of us but we must first maintain balance among the different areas of our self-including physical, spiritual, emotional, and relational is essential.

Here are some helpful tips to promote self-care include:
  1. Maintaining healthy routines
  2. Proper nutrition
  3. Prayer and meditation
  4. Adequate physical activity
  5. Maintaining connections with family and community
  6. Practice gratitude
  7. Pass HOPE forward to someone else!
Many of us live a fast-paced lifestyle. Take this time as an opportunity to focus on projects you’ve been meaning to work on or activities to invest in yourself. These can be simple Do-It-Yourself) DIY projects, practice a new hobby or skill you’ve always wanted to learn, more quality and quiet time in meditation, and enjoy your friends and family (virtually, of course).
